Outpost is a work made out of footage from The Peripatetic Film & Video collection, it's a stop motion Super 8 journey filmed in Arizona and the Sonora desert a borderless journey conceived for The Sudden Outpost, C.S. first solo exhibition in a private gallery.

In the exhibition elements from previous works, such as Mandala n.1 and Dio é Morto (fotogrammi) are hosted next to the new ones. Footage and photos from the artist's own collection are part of the material for the new pieces.

A western film genre context permeates the exhibition as a critical trajectory to 'the frontier' as a space to conquer and defend rather than to value as relational outer space.
